Kathy Marie Phillips, age 65 of Mammoth Spring, AR, was born May 14, 1958, in Puerto Rico, and passed away July 6, 2023, at the Shady Oaks Health Care in Thayer, MO. Survivors include: 2 children, James Phillips of Mammoth Spring, AR, Sarah Phillips of Memphis, TN; 3 grandchildren, Matthew Johnson, Mason Johnson, and Bentley Phillips; 1 brother, Billy Singleton of Memphis, TN; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, John Phillips; 1 daughter, Kristin Phillips. Funeral services will be 11am Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO, with Bro. Tristin Wood officiating, and burial following in the Riverside Cemetery in Mammoth Spring, AR.
