Eugene Barton, age 83 of Alton, MO was born August 27, 1933 in Wilderness, MO and passed away April 14, 2017 at his home. Survivors include; children, Becky and Dal, Kenneth, Lea and Jeff, Laura and David, Zeke and Laura, Jason, grandchildren, Kelpie, Dal and Stacy, Randy and Megan, Robby, Jeffery, Corey and Kayla, Kyle, Bobby, Milo, Lynzi, Dustin, Ashia, Michael, great-grandchildren, Allena and Baylin, Amber, Andrea, Garrett and Nicki, Dylan, Emitt, Ashee, Eli, great-great-grandchildren, Sophie, Addy, Daxton, Amelia, brothers and sisters, Doc Barton, Jim Barton, Glenna Helfer, Patsy Holmes and Peggy Coppes, and numerous other relatives and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents, Woodrow Barton and Mary Snyder-Barton, his wife Thelma, a daughter, Brenda, and a sister Betty. Graveside services will be 11:00 am Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at the Bailey Cemetery under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO.
