In memory and celebration of Larry Don Morgan who left this world on February 18th 2025 at the age of 66 years old. He was born in Eugene, Oregon on September 1st 1958 to Donnie and Gerelene Morgan. Larry was preceded in death by his father Donnie Morgan and his brother Scott Morgan. He is survived by his loving wife, Kelly Morgan, his children Shanna Morgan Elliot, Bobby Morgan, Crystal Tune, Tralena Whitten, Aleasha Fleetwood, Larry Morgan, Amanda Miller, Tenesha Carothers, and Whitney Woodke, his brother Dennis Morgan, sister Tricia Patterson, his mother Gerelene Nelson, and his many beautiful grandchildren and great grandchildren. Larry has a large and loving family and so many friends who he shared his laughter and big heart with. He was very talented and had a variety of jobs throughout his full life. He was a Foreman at Specialty Steel and became a general contractor on site where he had a hand in so many structures built in the Pacific Northwest. In his later years he spent his time working in Alton, Mo. where he managed shipping and receiving at Ozark Machine Shop. In his younger years he bravely joined the army to help defend the country he loved so much. He was a man of many talents and enjoyed all different things life had to offer. He loved to write and play guitar for others, reading, driving the backroads with his friends and family, camping, hunting, fishing, and above all spending time with his wife and their many children, grandchildren, and family and friends. There was never a day that he didn’t bring laughter to those around him, a day he didn’t tell a joke, or have words of encouragement or advice for those who needed it most. He was very hard working, intelligent, funny, witty, loving and just overall a good person. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, doting father, selfless grandfather, loyal brother, and true friend. |
