Ricky Lee Branscum, 57 of Gelncoe, AR passed away Saturday, July 1, 2023, at his home. He was born February 19, 1966, the third child of Don Branscum and Linda Pyles. As a child he was a bit rambunctious with a thirst for adventure. As an adult he faced the many ups and downs of his life on his own terms, with humor and determination, all the while maintaining that love of adventure. His love of big trucks and muscle cars led to him being a proud shade tree mechanic. There wasn’t an engine he couldn’t tackle. He loved camping with his family, as well as a good bonfire and mudding. His family, which included grandchildren and great-grandchildren were his special pride and joy. He leaves behind to mourn his passing, the love of his life Sarah Vanwinkle, children Daniel Bean, G.A. (Lynn) Tune, Wendy (David) Budd, Jason Vanwinkle, Matthew (Misty) Vanwinkle, nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and numerous family and friends. Preceding him in death are his beloved grandmother Mary Branscum bonus mother Merlie Branscum. Services will be at 2:00pm Friday, July 7, 2023, at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO with Bro. Franks officiating with burial in the Bailey Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00pm until service time. |
